What is there to discover here?

The foundation provides a safe and caring environment for elephants. Some are old and retired, while others have injuries from years of abuse. Here they are free to live out their lives in peace, with proper medical care and a nutritious diet tailored to their needs.

You can accompany an elephant on a walk and observe its natural behavior. Basic information about elephants is provided. You will also be given enough food to feed the elephant during the walk.

Volunteering

If you have more time, you should consider volunteering. Volunteers play a crucial role in the daily operations and help with tasks such as feeding, cleaning the enclosures and maintaining the sanctuary. It is a hands-on experience that not only supports the foundation but also deepens your understanding of elephant care.

Supporting a good cause

Hutsadin relies on visitor contributions, donations and sponsorships to sustain its operations. By visiting or supporting the foundation, you are directly contributing to the care and rehabilitation of these magnificent animals.

The Hutsadin Elephant Foundation is more than just a tourist destination – it is a sanctuary that truly improves the lives of elephants.

It is a chance to get up close and personal with these gentle giants and contribute to their well-being in a way that feels both rewarding and responsible.
